1. Who we are
Amazing Slovenia 🇸🇮 (Slovenia Journeys), Klara Magič Luneai, Novo mesto, Slovenia. Contact: magic.luneai@gmail.com.
2. Services
We offer private guided day trips (up to 7 guests), travel design (personalised itineraries), VIP guiding, concierge services, photography and video. The details of each service are set out in your personalised proposal.
3. Enquiry and booking
Filling in the planning questionnaire or contact form is a non-binding enquiry. A booking becomes binding only once you confirm our written offer and, where stated, pay the deposit.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are per person, in EUR, and depend on group size. Guiding and photography are included unless stated otherwise. Entrance fees, food and drinks are paid separately. Payment terms (deposit and balance) are stated in your offer.
5. Travel design
Travel design is a creative service. Once the itinerary has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Bookings of accommodation, transport and third-party services remain subject to the terms of those providers.
6. Cancellation by the guest
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation conditions and any fees are stated in your offer. Unused services on the day of the trip are not refunded.
7. Changes and cancellation by us
For safety reasons (weather, road conditions, force majeure) we may change the route or programme. If a trip cannot take place, we offer a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for that trip.
8. Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, appropriate clothing and footwear, and for informing us in advance of any health conditions or special needs. Guests must follow the guide’s safety instructions.
9. Insurance and liability
We recommend personal travel and health insurance. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for damage caused by third-party providers, force majeure or the guest's own actions, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Photos and video
Photos and video are delivered within 1–3 working days. We may use selected material for our portfolio and social media only with your consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and used only to plan and carry out your trip.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints in writing to magic.luneai@gmail.com; we will reply within 8 days. These terms are governed by Slovenian law; the competent court is in Novo mesto.
